- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cinnamon-sugar (for coating)

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cheesecake filling evenly across each tortilla, then roll them up tightly.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the rolled tortillas until golden and crispy (about 2 minutes on each side).
Remove the rolls from the oil and immediately coat them in cinnamon-sugar.
