Sourdough Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) .
  • Mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Add Parmesan if desired.Spread garlic butter generously on each slice of sourdough.
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  • For extra crunch, flip slices halfway through baking.
  • Let cool for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

  • Preheat the oven to avoid soggy bread.
  • Flip the bread halfway for even crispiness.
  • Add a sprinkle of cheese during the last 2 minutes for a cheesy, crispy topping.
