- 8 oz 225g goat cheese, softened
- 3 fresh jalapeños seeded and finely diced
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).
Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the goat cheese mixture near the center.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly toward the top corner.
Seal the edge with a dab of water.
Cook the Egg Rolls:
Deep Frying: Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
