  • Deep skillet or air fryer
  • Tongs or slotted spoon

Ingredients

  • 8 oz 225g goat cheese, softened
  • 3 fresh jalapeños seeded and finely diced
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and diced jalapeños until well mixed.

Assemble the Egg Rolls:

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointing toward you (diamond shape).
  • Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the goat cheese mixture near the center.
  • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly toward the top corner.
  • Seal the edge with a dab of water.

Cook the Egg Rolls:

  • Deep Frying: Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
