- 3 large overripe bananas mashed
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
Optional Add-ins (customizable):
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
Add the eggs and whisk until fully combined with the bananas.
Stir in the brown sugar until evenly mixed.
Gradually fold in the self-rising flour until just combined—avoid overmixing.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
