Ingredients
Fruits
- 4 cups Seedless watermelon, cubed (Choose a ripe watermelon.)
- 1 cup Strawberries, sliced (Fresh strawberries add sweetness.)
- 1 cup Blueberries (Provide juicy bursts.)
- 1 cup Raspberries (Add tartness.)
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint (Optional, but recommended for flavor.)
Honey Lime Dressing
- 1/4 cup Honey (Adjust to taste.)
- 2 tablespoons Lime zest (For added brightness.)
- 1/4 cup Lime juice (Freshly squeezed is best.)

Instructions
Preparation
- Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice strawberries and rinse the blueberries and raspberries, patting them dry.
- Add all the fruit to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently.
- If using mint, tear it with your fingers and add it to the salad.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for 15-20 minutes if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours for best freshness. Consider drying berries to avoid diluted dressing.
