  • 1 pinch Black pepper (To taste.)
  • 0 Fresh parsley (optional) (For garnish.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your loaf pan or line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix with warm broth and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Add ground turkey, egg, diced onion, diced celery, melted butter, and seasoning to the bowl.
  4. Mix gently until everything is evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.

Baking

  1. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a sheet pan or press it into a loaf pan.
  2. Bake for about 45 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Gravy Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Slowly whisk in 2 cups of broth until smooth and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of poultry seasoning, if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sauté the onion and celery in butter first. Additionally, you can add cranberries or cheese for variations.
