  • 2 cups Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or honey

  • 2 tablespoons Neutral oil (optional)

  2. Slice cucumbers into rounds or half moons.
  3. Thinly slice the onion and add it to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together gently to mix without turning the tomatoes into sauce.
  5. Pour the vinegar dressing over the salad and toss again.
  6. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad is best served cold. To keep it crisp, cut cucumbers right before mixing or store them separately until serving time.
