  • 1-1.5 cups mozzarella (pearls, bocconcini, or diced fresh mozzarella) (Fresh mozzarella adds a creamy texture.)
  • 1 handful fresh basil (Use parsley if basil is unavailable.)

Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (Use extra virgin olive oil for best flavor.)

Instructions

Preparation
