- 1/4 cup peanuts or cashews (For crunch.)
- 1 unit lime, cut into wedges (For serving.)
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (Creamy is easiest.)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (Use low sodium if concerned.)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (For sweetness.)

Instructions
Preparation
