Description
A quick and healthy sweet tortilla wrap filled with peanut butter and fresh fruits that’s perfect for a snack, light breakfast, or a simple dessert.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 medium tortilla (Whole wheat is recommended for flavor and sturdiness.)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons peanut butter (Can substitute with your favorite nut or seed butter.)
- 1 piece banana (Sliced.)
- 1 small handful berries (Can use strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (Optional for sweetness.)
- 1 sprinkle cinnamon (Optional but adds great flavor.)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax (Optional for added fiber.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Lay your tortilla flat on a plate or cutting board.
- Spread peanut butter all over, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Add sliced banana and berries in the center area.
- Sprinkle cinnamon, chia seeds, and drizzle honey if desired.
- Fold in the sides slightly, then roll it up like a burrito.
- Slice in half if you want it to feel extra snacky and cute.
Skillet Version
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium-low.
- Place the wrapped tortilla seam side down and cook for about 1–2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
Notes
For a no-cook version, keep everything cold and roll it up quickly. If you’re preparing ahead, keep the fruit dry to avoid sogginess. Leftovers are best consumed within a day.
