Description

A quick and healthy sweet tortilla wrap filled with peanut butter and fresh fruits that’s perfect for a snack, light breakfast, or a simple dessert.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium tortilla (Whole wheat is recommended for flavor and sturdiness.)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons peanut butter (Can substitute with your favorite nut or seed butter.)
  • 1 piece banana (Sliced.)
  • 1 small handful berries (Can use strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (Optional for sweetness.)
  • 1 sprinkle cinnamon (Optional but adds great flavor.)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax (Optional for added fiber.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Lay your tortilla flat on a plate or cutting board.
  2. Spread peanut butter all over, leaving a small border around the edge.
  3. Add sliced banana and berries in the center area.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon, chia seeds, and drizzle honey if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides slightly, then roll it up like a burrito.
  6. Slice in half if you want it to feel extra snacky and cute.

Skillet Version

  1. Heat a nonstick pan on medium-low.
  2. Place the wrapped tortilla seam side down and cook for about 1–2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.

Notes

For a no-cook version, keep everything cold and roll it up quickly. If you’re preparing ahead, keep the fruit dry to avoid sogginess. Leftovers are best consumed within a day.
