A quick, one-pan dessert featuring warm strawberry filling, creamy cheesecake bites, and a golden buttery cake top, perfect for easy gatherings.

Ingredients

Fruit Layer

  • 1 can Strawberry pie filling (Shortcut for jammy strawberry flavor)

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz Cream cheese (Cut into small cubes)

Cake Layer

  • 1 box Yellow cake mix (Dry mix, no mixing bowl needed)
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted or sliced thin)

Optional Enhancements

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (For added flavor)
  • 1 pinch Salt (To balance sweetness)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the pan.
  3. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and scatter over the strawberry filling.
  4. Pour the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the strawberry layer.
  5. Melt the butter and drizzle it slowly over the cake mix or slice the cold butter and lay the slices across the top.

Baking

  1. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the strawberry filling is bubbling around the edges.
  2. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a delightful contrast.
