Ingredients
Fruit Layer
- 1 can Strawberry pie filling (Shortcut for jammy strawberry flavor)
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz Cream cheese (Cut into small cubes)
Cake Layer
- 1 box Yellow cake mix (Dry mix, no mixing bowl needed)
- 1/2 cup Butter (Melted or sliced thin)
Optional Enhancements
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (For added flavor)
- 1 pinch Salt (To balance sweetness)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the pan.
- Cut cream cheese into small cubes and scatter over the strawberry filling.
- Pour the dry cake mix evenly over the top of the strawberry layer.
- Melt the butter and drizzle it slowly over the cake mix or slice the cold butter and lay the slices across the top.
Baking
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the strawberry filling is bubbling around the edges.
- Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving warm.
