Preparation
- Slice or quarter the mushrooms, wiping them with a damp paper towel for cleaning.
Cooking

- Add olive oil and butter. Once butter melts and foams, add mushrooms in a single layer.
- Allow mushrooms to brown without stirring for a couple of minutes, then stir and repeat until mostly browned.
