Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut sausages and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Thread the sausages, shrimp, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grilling
- Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp are cooked through and sausages are browned.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers if using. Crowding the skewers can cause steaming instead of grilling. For a simple side, serve with plain rice or bread.
