- 1 large head of Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up two bowls: one with beaten eggs, one with a mixture of Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Dip each floret in egg, let the extra drip off, then press it into the Parmesan mixture.
- Place on the baking sheet with a little space between pieces.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
- Bake about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crisp.
Notes
Dry the cauliflower well before breading to achieve maximum crispiness.
