- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (Adjust based on the sweetness of strawberries.)

Whipped Topping
- 8 oz Whipped topping (like Cool Whip) (Or homemade whipped cream.)
Fruity Layer
- 4 cups Fresh strawberries, washed and chopped (Let sit on a paper towel if very juicy.)
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows (Optional for added fluffiness.)
Crunchy Layer
- 2 cups Crushed pretzels or Rice Krispies (or a mix) (To achieve a crackly texture.)
- 2 tbsp Butter (For toasting the crunch (if desired).)
Instructions
Preparation of Creamy Base
- Soften the cream cheese. Microwave for about 10 seconds if needed.
- Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
- Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep it fluffy.
- Add strawberries and mini marshmallows just before serving.
Make the Crunchy Layer
- Crush pretzels or measure out Rice Krispies.
- If desired, toast with butter for extra flavor.
Assembly
- Layer the creamy base, then add a layer of crunch, followed by strawberries. Repeat the layers.
- Finish with a sprinkle of crunch on top.
Notes
Keep the crunch separate until serving to maintain texture. The salad can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to two days.
