- 14 oz Kielbasa, sliced into coins (Use smoked sausage for a similar flavor.)

- 15 oz White beans, drained and rinsed (Cannellini beans recommended.)
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- 4 oz Cream cheese, cubed and softened (Let sit at room temperature.)
- 1 splash Milk or half and half (optional) (For extra creaminess.)

- Slice the kielbasa and brown it in a large pot. Scoop it out and set aside.
- In the same pot, cook the onion until softened, then add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add diced potatoes, broth, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the white beans and the browned kielbasa.
- Turn the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot.
