Description

A creamy and tangy dip made with Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, cheddar, and bacon, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Dipping Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (2 percent or full fat) (Use plain thick Greek yogurt for best results.)
  • 8 oz Light cream cheese (Ensure it’s softened to mix smoothly.)
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning (Packet or homemade blend works great.)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar (Sharp cheddar is preferred.)
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled (Can substitute with turkey bacon.)
  • 4 stalks Green onions, sliced (Save some for topping.)
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder (Optional for flavor.)
  • 1 pinch Black pepper (Add to taste.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until it is smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. Mix until creamy and evenly combined.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar, bacon crumbles, and most of the green onions.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add black pepper or garlic powder as desired.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  6. Top with extra bacon, cheddar, and green onions before serving.

Notes

This dip tastes even better after sitting for a few hours and can be made a day ahead of time. Store in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. This dip can also be a spread in wraps or on toast.
