Description

These fun and spooky Halloween Burgers are perfect for parties, easy to customize, and sure to please both kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground beef (80/20) (For juicy patties)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (Optional)

Buns and Cheese

  • 6 pieces Brioche buns (Or regular buns)
  • 6 slices Cheese slices (cheddar, provolone, or pepper jack)

Toppings

  • 1 cup Olives (black) (For eyes and spider decorations)
  • 1 cup Pickles (Chips or spears)
  • 1 cup Peppers (Red bell pepper strips or jalapeno slices)
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup (For decoration)
  • 1/2 cup Mustard (For decoration)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (For decoration)
  • 1 cup Lettuce and tomato (Optional for extra volume)

Instructions

Preparation of Patties

  1. Place the ground beef in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic/onion powders if desired.
  2. Gently form into patties slightly wider than the buns with a thumb dent in the center.

Cooking Patties

  1. Heat a pan or grill over high heat and cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  2. Add cheese to patties in the last minute of cooking to melt.

Bun Preparation

  1. Warm the brioche buns cut side down in a dry pan for 30 to 60 seconds.

Assembling Burgers

  1. Spread a little mayo or ketchup on the bottom bun.

  3. Place the hot patty on top followed by cheese.
