  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Pepperoni
  • 4 oz Ham
  • 4 oz Turkey
  • 8 oz Provolone cheese (Best for melting)
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter (For brushing on top)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

For the Grinder Salad

  • 2 cups Shredded iceberg lettuce (Shred finely)
  • 1/2 cup Thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (For dressing)
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar (For dressing)
  • 1 tbsp Pepperoncini brine (For dressing)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (For dressing)
  • 1 pinch Salt & black pepper (To taste)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the whole slab of slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
  3. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  4. Layer cheese first, then the deli meats, and then another layer of cheese.
  5. Put the tops back on and brush with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are lightly golden.

Grinder Salad Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini brine, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  2. Combine shredded lettuce, red onion, and chopped pepperoncini in a separate bowl.
  3. Toss with the dressing just before serving.

Assembling Sliders

  1. After baking, let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
  2. Serve with a side bowl for the grinder salad, allowing guests to add their own toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers separately for optimal freshness. Reheat sliders without salad inside and serve salad cold on top to maintain texture.
