- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar (Adjust to taste.)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Adds a dessert-like flavor.)
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (For topping.)
- 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped (Can substitute walnuts or almonds.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Wash your grapes and dry them well to avoid watery dressing.
- In a big bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until creamy and well combined.
- Gently fold in the grapes until they are coated with the dressing.
- Spoon into a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans over the top.
Notes
This salad is best served cold. Keep the brown sugar and pecans topping separate until just before serving to maintain their texture.
