- 1 large large green cabbage (or two small ones)
- 4-6 tablespoons butter
- 3-5 cloves garlic, minced

- 1-3 tablespoons heavy cream (optional) (Makes it extra creamy)
- 1/3-1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional) (Highly recommended)

Instructions
Preparation
- Peel off any sad outer leaves from the cabbage.
- Slice the cabbage in half through the core.
- Cut each half into 3 to 4 wedges, depending on the size.
- Trim just a little bit of the core if needed to keep the wedges together.
Garlic Butter Sauce
- Melt butter in a small pan and add minced garlic for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream (if using), along with salt and pepper. Mix in grated parmesan off the heat.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prep a baking dish or sheet pan.
- Arrange cabbage wedges in a single layer.
- Brush or spoon garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Cover with foil for the first 20-25 minutes to steam and soften the cabbage.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the edges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
