  • 4-6 tablespoons butter
  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-3 tablespoons heavy cream (optional) (Makes it extra creamy)
  • 1/3-1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional) (Highly recommended)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Peel off any sad outer leaves from the cabbage.
  2. Slice the cabbage in half through the core.
  3. Cut each half into 3 to 4 wedges, depending on the size.
  4. Trim just a little bit of the core if needed to keep the wedges together.

Garlic Butter Sauce

  2. Stir in heavy cream (if using), along with salt and pepper. Mix in grated parmesan off the heat.

Baking

  2. Arrange cabbage wedges in a single layer.
  3. Brush or spoon garlic butter sauce over the top.
  4. Cover with foil for the first 20-25 minutes to steam and soften the cabbage.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the edges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
