- 4 ounces Prosciutto (thin sliced) (Torn into pieces)

- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze (optional but highly recommended) (Drizzle after baking)
- 1 cup Fresh arugula (optional, for a peppery finish) (Add after baking)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a sheet pan, place it in the oven to heat.
- Place flatbread on parchment or directly on the hot sheet pan and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Dollop small amounts of goat cheese on the flatbread, adding mozzarella if desired.
- Slice fresh figs into thin rounds and arrange them evenly over the flatbread.
- Tear prosciutto into pieces and scatter it over the figs.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 8 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
Finishing Touches
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the baked flatbread, add arugula if desired, and sprinkle with black pepper.
