- 8 oz cream cheese (Cut into chunks for quicker melting.)
- 1 cup salsa (Use your favorite jar, mild or hot.)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (Store-bought is fine.)
- 1 cup corn (Canned or frozen.)
- 1 cup black beans (Rinsed and drained.)
- 1 can green chiles (Optional but recommended for flavor.)
- 2 tbsp lime juice (For added freshness at the end.)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Optional for serving.)

Preparation
- Add the chicken to the slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour in salsa, then add black beans, corn, and green chiles if using.
- Add cream cheese on top.
- Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir everything together until creamy.
- Squeeze in lime juice and adjust seasoning as needed.
