- 1 cup crab meat (lump or imitation) (Crab should be well-drained.)
- 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped) (For freshness.)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (A splash for flavor.)
- 1 clove garlic (fresh or powder) (Can use either.)

- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional) (For classic takeout sweetness.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and a good pinch of pepper.
- Fold in the crab meat gently to retain some texture.
- Spread into a baking dish and top with mozzarella.
Baking
- Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving to avoid burns.
