- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth (about 20 to 30 seconds).
- Whisk together pumpkin puree, blended cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla in a bowl.
- Sprinkle in the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 22 to 30 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing.
