Decoration Ingredients
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips (For eyes and buttons.)
- 1 cup orange sprinkles (Or tiny orange candy bits for the nose.)

- 1 cup red or green sprinkles (For scarves.)
Instructions
Making the Truffle Mixture
- Add sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to a bowl.
- Stir until the mixture appears thick and sticky.
- Cover and chill for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up, or place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Rolling the Truffles
- Roll larger balls for the snowman bodies, about a tablespoon in size.
- Roll smaller balls for the heads, about half the size of the bodies.
- Use damp hands or a bit of coconut oil to prevent sticking while rolling.
Assembling the Snowmen
- Use a small dab of melted white chocolate to stick the head to the body.
- Hold for a few seconds to ensure they stick together.
Decorating
- Set up a mini decorating station with sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Decorate the snowmen with chocolate chips for eyes, sprinkles for noses, and pretzel sticks for arms.
