- 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon (Use according to personal preference.)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (Can use white or light brown sugar.)
- 1 teaspoon neutral oil (Optional, helps with crispiness.)
- pinch salt (Enhances flavor.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer for 2 to 3 minutes if needed.
- Slice the bananas into even rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
- Lightly oil the banana slices, either by tossing them or brushing them with oil.
- Evenly coat the banana slices with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Air fry at 300°F for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check at 8 minutes to prevent over-browning, especially with thicker slices.
- Let the chips cool for 5 to 10 minutes to crisp up.
Notes
For extra crispy chips, keep the coating light and allow them to cool completely. Store in an airtight container with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
