Ingredients
Filling
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) (Use full-fat or 2% yogurt for best results.)
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries, chopped (Chop small so they mix well with yogurt.)
Chocolate Coating
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (dark, semi-sweet, or milk) (Choose based on your sweetness preference.)
Optional Add-ins
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (Use if the yogurt is plain.)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (For added flavor.)
- 1 pinch Salt (Enhances flavor.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt and chopped strawberries. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if necessary.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment, about 1 to 2 tablespoons each.
- Freeze the clusters until solid, approximately 1 to 2 hours.
Coating and Final Freezing
- Melt the chocolate chips using the microwave or double boiler method.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off. Place back on the parchment.
- Freeze again until chocolate sets, about 10 to 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
Store clusters separated by parchment to prevent sticking. Best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
