- 1 clove garlic (Small, minced.)

Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Taste the marinade and adjust seasoning as needed before adding the chicken.
- Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2 to 6 hours.
Prepare the Chicken
- Cut the marinated chicken into even chunks (1 to 1.5 inches).
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20-30 minutes if using.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
Grill the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken skewers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until cooked through (165 F).
- Let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Make the Creamy Lemon Feta Sauce
- In a blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Blend until smooth, adding water or more lemon juice if too thick.
Assemble the Mezze Board
- Place dips in small bowls on a large board.
- Arrange chicken skewers around the dips and fill in gaps with veggies and pita.
Notes
