- 1 cup ranch dressing (Bottled or ranch seasoning mixed with sour cream)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Adjust based on heat preference)
- 2 cups shredded chicken (Rotisserie chicken recommended)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Sharp and freshly shredded preferred)
Instructions
Baking Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until mostly smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and most of the cheddar cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a browner top, watching closely.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
Slow Cooker Method
- Add cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, and cheddar cheese to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
- Switch to warm until ready to serve.
Notes
Can adjust heat by modifying buffalo sauce quantity. Excellent with various dippers such as tortilla chips, celery sticks, or toasted baguette slices.
