- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick baking mix.
- Mix until it forms a thick dough, using your hands for better consistency.
- Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide, and place on the baking sheet with space between each.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked through.
Notes
To keep them fresh, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. For dipping, ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce are great options.
