Ingredients
Brownie Base

- 1 cup Fresh strawberries (Diced and dried well)
Topping
- 1 cup Chocolate (Melted for that chocolate covered finish)

Preparation
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and let it cool for a minute.
Mixing Wet Ingredients
- Stir butter and sugar together until combined.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla until glossy.
Add Dry Ingredients
- Fold in cocoa, flour, and salt just until combined; do not overmix.
Add Chocolate and Strawberries
- Stir in chocolate chips and then gently fold in diced strawberries that have been patted dry.
Baking
- Bake until the edges look set but the center is still soft.
- Cool completely, then spread melted chocolate over the top and let it set before slicing.
Notes
For clean slices, chill brownies for 30 minutes after cooling. Use a sharp knife for slicing and wipe it between cuts for neat edges.
