Description

These spicy buffalo chicken wraps are quick, filling, and packed with flavor, perfect for a satisfying meal in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (or thighs, or tenders)
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce (store bought or homemade) (Adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (For homemade buffalo sauce or to mellow store bought sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (To taste)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (To taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup flour (For breading (optional but recommended))
  • 2 pieces eggs (For breading)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (For extra crunch)

For the Wrap

  • 2 pieces large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup thin sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (For creamy sauce)
  • 0.5 cup celery sticks chopped small (For crunch extras)

Instructions

Cooking the Chicken

  1. Cook chicken until fully done and still juicy.
  2. Toss in warm buffalo sauce so it clings better.

Preparing the Tortillas

  1. Warm tortillas so they fold without cracking.

Assembling the Wrap

  1. Layer ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, buffalo chicken, cheese, and crunchy extras in the tortilla.
  2. Fold the sides in and then roll it tightly.
  3. Toast the wrap in a dry pan for a crispy outside if desired.

Notes

For meal prep, cook chicken plain and store it, mix buffalo sauce in advance, and keep tortillas sealed. Reheat chicken and toss with warm sauce before assembling.
