Description

Delicious and quick Air Fryer Salmon Bites that are easy to prepare and packed with flavor, perfect for a tasty treat without the hassle of cleanup.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds Salmon, skin removed if possible (Center cut is easiest)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Olive oil (Just enough to help seasoning stick)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (Smoked paprika is great if you have it)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • to taste Black pepper (A few good turns)
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (optional) (For a lightly crisp exterior)

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha (Start small, you can always add more)
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • to taste Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F if yours needs preheating.
  2. Cut salmon into bite-size cubes, around 1 to 1.5 inches, keeping similar sizes for even cooking.
  3. Toss salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. If desired, sprinkle with cornstarch and toss again lightly.

Cooking

  1. Place salmon in a single layer in the basket, avoiding crowding.
  2. Air fry for 6 to 9 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through. Cook until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. Drizzle bang bang sauce over salmon bites or serve on the side for dipping.

Notes

For crispy bites, do not overcrowd the basket and season after cooking for the best texture. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
