  • 4 slices Sliced turkey (Deli style or from roast.)
  • 1 leaf Lettuce (Crisp varieties like romaine or butter lettuce work best.)
  • 1 medium Tomato (Ripe but not mealy; pat dry to reduce moisture.)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (Spread on the bottom half of croissant.)
  • 2 slices Cheese (optional) (Swiss or cheddar if desired.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Cut the croissants in half.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each croissant.
  3. Layer sliced turkey, lettuce, and tomato on top.

  5. Place the top half of the croissant on the sandwich.
