- Slice the watermelon into wedges, then cut those wedges into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the strawberry yogurt with honey if you prefer it sweeter.
- Arrange the watermelon fries on a plate.
- Serve with the strawberry yogurt dip and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, keep the watermelon and yogurt dip cold. Watermelon does not store well once cut. Use a sharp knife to avoid squashing the fruit.
