- 2 pieces Eggs (Beaten)
- 1/4 cup Honey, hot (Warm if thickened)
- 1 cup All purpose flour

- as needed tablespoon Olive oil (For frying)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Plain or panko)
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese (Crumbled)

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
- Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes
Serve with roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
