Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Spread sweet potatoes on baking sheet or place in the air fryer and roast or air fry until golden, about 15–30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a large pan on medium-high heat, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sprinkle seasonings over the beef and cook for another couple of minutes until flavored and slightly charred.
Assembly
- Build your bowl: place sweet potatoes at the bottom, followed by beef on top.
