  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (Chop last to keep their shine.)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (Honey adds shine; maple syrup is a good alternative.)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (Optional, mix with a little yogurt for smooth blending.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (Adds flavor to the yogurt mixture.)
  • 1/4 cup granola or nuts (Optional topping.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle granola or nuts on top of each bite.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.

Notes
