- 1 teaspoon sriracha (Adjust to taste for desired spiciness.)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (For seasoning.)

Instructions
Cooking Chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken thighs in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Making Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the sauce.
- Once chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
- Toss to coat and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Pat thighs dry before cooking for better browning. Serve with steamed rice or over buttered noodles. If freezing, do so without green onions.
