Ingredients
Meat

- 0.5 lb Cooked bacon, crumbled (Adds smokiness)
Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (Use real cheese for best texture)
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (Use real cheese for best texture)
- 0.5 cup Cream cheese (Melt over low heat for a smooth sauce)
- 0.5 cup Sour cream (Combine with cream cheese)
- 0.5 cup Milk (Helps achieve a smooth consistency)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning (Adds flavor)
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder (Enhances flavor)
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder (Enhances flavor)
- to taste Salt and pepper (Adjust to preference)
For Serving
- 1 bag Tortilla chips (For dipping)
Instructions
Cooking the Meat
- Grab a skillet, heat it over medium, and cook the ground beef until it’s browned and juicy. Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined. Set aside.
Making the Cheese Sauce
- In a medium saucepan, melt the cream cheese over low heat until creamy.
- Stir in the sour cream and milk. Keep stirring until silky smooth.
- Gradually add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to the sauce, letting each addition melt completely before adding more.
Combining and Serving
- Fold the cooked beef and crumbled bacon into the cheesy mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl while still hot. Serve with tortilla chips.

For best flavor, serve hot with tortilla chips. Add sliced pickles or diced tomatoes for contrast.
