- 1 cup goat cheese (Softened for easy mixing)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (Room temperature)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (For creaminess)
- 1 head garlic (Roasted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (For roasting garlic)

- to taste Pepper (Season as desired)
- optional Chopped fresh herbs (For garnish and flavor)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and the roasted garlic (squeezed out of its skin).
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or toasted bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. It lasts in the fridge for about 4-5 days. If the top firms up, let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
