  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (Rub on the potatoes for crispy skin.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (Salt generously on the outside.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
  3. Prick the potatoes several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Baking

  1. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until the skin is crispy and the inside is tender.
