- 1 cup lemon juice (Fresh squeezed is best, but bottled works in a pinch.)
- 1 cup pink lemonade mix or concentrate (Helps with color and classic pink lemonade vibe.)
- 4 cups cold water (Use sparkling water for a fizzy version.)
- 1 cup ice (A lot of it.)

- optional sweetener (simple syrup, sugar, or honey) (Adjust based on preferred sweetness.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Add pineapple juice to a large pitcher.
- Pour in lemon juice next.
- If using concentrate, whisk until dissolved; if using powdered mix, stir well to avoid grit.
Mixing
- Pour in the cold water and taste. Adjust sweetness with sweetener if too tart.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Add ice right before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and pineapple wedges.
- Serve in a drink dispenser for larger gatherings.
Notes
For best flavor, keep ingredients cold to avoid using too much ice. Taste and adjust sweetness after mixing. You can make it sparkling by replacing half the water with sparkling water when serving.
