Instructions
Preparation
- Thinly slice red onion to avoid crunchiness.
- In a pan, add a splash of olive oil and wilt the spinach for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Season wilted spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper, then set aside to squeeze out moisture.
Building the Quesadilla
- Heat a pan over medium heat and place one tortilla in the pan.

Cooking
