Description

A quick, cozy snack that combines Hawaiian rolls, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni for a delightful and easy-to-make dish perfect for any evening.


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls (Keep them connected while slicing.)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (Use jarred sauce for convenience.)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (Regular mozzarella works fine.)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (Use pre-sliced for convenience.)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (Optional; for added crunch.)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (For added flavor.)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (Melted, for brushing on top.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and keep them connected.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and any other desired toppings.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls on and brush with melted butter.

Baking

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven, slice into sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

For leftovers, cool completely and store in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or microwave individual sliders for 30-45 seconds.
