This viral 3-ingredient Pink Salt Mounjaro drink blends Himalayan salt, citrus, and water to jumpstart your mornings and support your wellness goals.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 8 oz warm filtered water
  • Optional pinch of cayenne or 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional 1/2 tsp raw honey or stevia for taste


Instructions

  1. Warm 8 oz of filtered water until lukewarm—not hot.
  2. Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
  4. (Optional) Mix in cayenne, apple cider vinegar, or honey if using.
