Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
