- 8 oz Light cream cheese (Softened to mix smoothly)
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (Adds creaminess and a little tang)
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (Can substitute with powdered sweetener)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract (Enhances the cheesecake flavor)
- 1 pinch Salt (Optional, but enhances flavor)

Preparation
- Crush the Oreos, most finely for a ‘crust’ texture and save a few to chop coarsely for mixing.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Stir in some of the fine Oreo crumbs and a few chunkier pieces for texture.
- Portion the mixture into mini liners or roll into small balls, using damp hands if rolling.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 to 2 hours to firm up.
- Before serving, top with additional Oreo crumbs or a drizzle of chocolate.
