- 2 tablespoons Garlic butter (Brush before or after baking)
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (For a salty topping)
- 1 egg Egg wash (For glossy finish (optional))
Instructions
Preparation

- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Layer pepperoni on each triangle, about 4 to 6 slices depending on size.
- Place a piece of mozzarella string cheese near the wide end, cutting it in half if it’s too long.
- Roll from the wide end towards the point, keeping the filling snug but not too tight.
- Place each roll seam-side down on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 14 minutes until golden and puffed.
Optional Topping
- Melt butter and mix with Italian herbs and garlic powder.
- Brush the mixture over the rolls before baking for added flavor.
